The Little Cajun Saint

Charlene Richard, “the Little Cajun Saint. She was diagnosed with Leukemia when she was 12 and died a couple of weeks later.

While she was in the hospital, she developed a very special relationship with a priest–Father Brennon.

Her pain was intense and she would pray with Father Brennan and offer up her prayers for people that were suffering. That is how she dealt with her pain.

Many miracles have been attributed to her and the Vatican has started the process of making her an official Saint.

Personally, I have always prayed to her her and I visit her gravesite often. I know people that she has helped and moved, including myself. It is one of the first place that I go to when I need peace and prayers answered. The past month, I ve been going through a cycle of insomnia. Last night, I placed her prayer clothe on my chest and I slept over 9 hours.

So I felt the need to go out there again today. I spent a very peaceful hour at there just sitting, praying and meditating. There was no one there, which is unusual so I had her al to myself while I was there

If you ve never heard of her, google her. You can find out more about her story and all the miracles attributed to her.
